1 Acceptance & The Service
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the Prime terminal at prime.bigbreakingwire.in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Prime is a subscription-based research software and market-data terminal operated by BigBreakingWire, an MSME-registered digital financial news platform. It offers screeners, charts, F&O analytics, deals data, company profiles, newsletters and related research tooling for Indian equities and derivatives.
2 Data, Methodology & Limitations
- Market data is sourced from official NSE + BSE end-of-day (EOD) bhavcopy files and computed datasets derived from them.
- All conditions, signals, indicators, patterns, levels and historical statistics are formula-based transformations of historical data. They describe the past; they do not predict the future.
- Data may be delayed, adjusted for corporate actions, or contain errors despite our validation and compaction pipelines. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- Features, datasets and coverage may change, improve or be discontinued as the product evolves.
3 Eligibility & Your Account
- You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter a contract in India to purchase Prime.
- One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate registration details (name, email, mobile). Notify us immediately at support@prime.bigbreakingwire.in / contact.bigbreakingwire@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.
4 Plans, Billing & Renewals
- Current plans: Weekly Access ₹99 / 1 week (5 working days, Mon–Fri), Monthly Access ₹349 / 30 days, Quarterly Pass ₹999 / 90 days (INR, via PayU — UPI, cards and netbanking).
- Access activates only after your payment is verified server-side with PayU. Pending or failed payments grant no access.
- Buying a new plan while access is active extends your expiry — purchases stack and never shorten existing access.
- All plans are one-time payments — there are no automatic charges. Buying again anytime extends your expiry, and you can cancel your subscription from your dashboard.
- Prices may change prospectively; the price at checkout is what you pay. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy — all paid amounts are non-refundable once access is activated, except verified failed/duplicate charges.
5 Acceptable Use
- Use Prime for personal research only. Do not scrape, copy, redistribute, resell, or republish terminal data, screens, exports or content.
- Do not share, rent or resell your account; do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Do not misuse the chatbot, notifications, Telegram channel or support inbox (spam, abuse, unlawful content).
- Violation may lead to suspension or termination without refund, as the paid access would already have been consumed.
6 Intellectual Property
Prime's software, terminal design, datasets, computations, branding and content are the property of BigBreakingWire (built in India by Pennion) and protected by applicable IP laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the terminal while your membership is active — no ownership is transferred.
7 Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, payment fraud, chargeback abuse or unlawful activity. You may stop using Prime and cancel your subscription at any time; paid access runs to its expiry and no partial refunds apply (see Refund Policy).
8 Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BigBreakingWire is not liable for trading or investment losses, decisions taken using terminal outputs, data delays or errors, or service interruptions. The service is provided "as is". Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the then-current membership period.
